crisis DROP-IN

What To Expect

Our Crisis Drop-In is a transformative, all-in-one Hub with a holistic support work package to help you with any challenge you are facing. We support our guests to transition out of homelessness, unemployment, and food poverty, as well as to consult mental and physical health professionals, find addiction recovery support, tackle social isolation, address immigration concerns, and resolve difficulties accessing benefits or housing.

Our support work includes:

  • Offering a safe space of community, friendship and belonging

  • Free hot breakfasts and food to take away

  • Showering facilities and clean new clothing

  • Phone charging and access to computers

  • Community nursing

  • Casework support

Our support workers assess the strengths and needs of all new guests and provide them with immediate options, pathways and specialist support. We also partner with a wide range of external support agencies to address as many vulnerabilities as possible.

We provide immediate, ‘hands-on’ support for our guests to meet basic needs, helping people to feel less lost and alone.
