How can I volunteer?

Volunteers are the backbone of everything we do here at Vineyard Community & Richmond Foodbank. It is simply not possible without these local community heroes. We have a range of volunteering roles available, across our Crisis Drop-In, Foodbank, charity shops, and other community groups and services.

If you’re interested, please fill out the form on the left and a member of our team will be in touch within 5 working days.

Women’s Hub Volunteer

Join us on a Wednesday afternoon (12:30-14:30, term-time only) to help us provide a safe space of community for the lovely ladies of Richmond. In particular, we are looking for a volunteer who is happy to do one or more of the following: nail painting and hairdressing.

We are also in need of a Volunteer Cook to support the service, who can attend during the sessions and whip up a delicious vegetarian meal for about 15-20 guests.

More information on the Women’s Hub available here. Please note that you must identify as female to volunteer in the Hub, as it is a Women-only space.

Please note that we are unable to work with those under 18 on site, due to our Safeguarding Policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept short-term volunteer placements at this time due to staff capacity.

Thank you in advance for your support!
